ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the relation of sex differences and cardiovascular risk factors brought about by insulin resistance or systemic vascular inflammation. Several studies have identified women suffer cardiovascular complications at older age, and more frequently fatal myocardial infarction, than men. Significantly, myocardial infarction and cardiovascular disease continue to the primary cause of mortality. Diabetes and hypertriglyceridemia has become increasing risk factors for people with cardiovascular diseases.
