ABSTRACT
This article presents information on the PCS-824021 finishing saw from Belding, Michigan-based Granco Clark. The saw comes with a precision sawing system, back gauge loader system, chip collection system with rotary valve and a precision measuring unit. The saw is equipped with latches and safety interlocks to minimize blade change time and simplify maintenance. The saw is capable of storing cutting parameters for up to 500 customer part numbers with the help of its Allen Bradley programmable logic controller.
