This article presents information on the 3D-Link contour plasma bevel cutting attachment, launched Koike Aronson Inc. of Arcade, New York. This attachment can be considered as an alternative for the Koike Aronson Versagraph Millennium model machines. A clean, bevel cut can be made in a single pass using the 3D-Link. This machines leaves less residual slag than by an ordinary cutter. A continuous circular rotation is being provided by the 3D-Link, without windup of the plasma torch. The attachment is compatible with Innerlogic Fineline 260 and Proline 2260 plasma cutting systems.
