ABSTRACT
The article reports on the impact of a minority federal Conservative government led by Prime Minister Stephen Harper on public health in Canada. Harper's party would need to forge coalition with other parties to form a majority government. Wether or not that can be done would have little effect on federal and provincial deals on health. These deals are guaranteed with enough political investment. INSET: Promises, promises.
