The article reports that Cook County, Illinois is planning to sell 335.3 million dollars of general obligation refunding bonds. the County board is planning to consider amendments to the proposed 3.1 billion dollar budget in a session that is bound to be contentious. Three members of the board are vying for the board president spot.
