ABSTRACT
The article reports on the bill introduced in January 2006 in the United States that would create the Fort Monmouth Redevelopment Authority in New Jersey. The fort, operated by the United States Army will be closed under recommendations of the Pentagon's Base Realignment and Closure Commission. The bill introduced by Senator Joseph Kyrillos Jr. will give the authority the power to issue bonds and notes.
