ABSTRACT
The article reports that the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) has approved up to 128 million dollar of bonds to finance the construction of 289 rental units in Manhattan, New York City. The HFA also approved its regular annual issuance of personal income tax-based bonds to finance state housing assistance programs. It offers information about the income of the 289 rental units.
