ABSTRACT
The article reports on the resignation of Ohio's Office of Budget and Management director Tom Johnson. The director is planning to take a job at Ohio State University and the remaining time of his term will be served out by assistant director Tim Keen. According to the author that the director also serves as the head of the Ohio School Facilities Commission that has managed billion dollars of funds which the state legislature appropriated to pay for capital projects.
