The article reports that Moody's Investors Service has upgraded its credit rating for the University of San Francisco Medical Center in California, from stable to positive. The upgrade has affected the $100 million in outstanding debt issued by the California Health Facilities Financing Authority in 1998. The medical center is planning to acquire a land in San Francisco's Mission Bay for the construction of a third campus.
