The article reports on the final agreement between Clarian Health Partners and Arnett Health System to build a 180 million dollar hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Clarian sold bonds for the project through the Indiana Health and Educational Facility Financing Authority. Moody's Investors Service, Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor's rated the bonds.
