ABSTRACT
The article reports on Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm's fourth state of the state address. She said that her administration is putting a plan in place to stop what is expected to be six years of job losses in the state because of problems confronting the Big Three automakers. Meanwhile, outgoing Ohio Governor Bob Taft outlined his accomplishments in his final state of the state address.
