ABSTRACT
This article presents information about the unveiling of Evergreen Investments new investment unit, Wachovia Global Asset Management, which it plans to use to expand its non-U.S. markets. Mark Archer was hired to be the managing director of European distribution for Wachovia Global. Before joining Wachovia, Archer was co-head of institutional sales and marketing in Europe for Allianz Global Investors. Evergreen Investments is Wachovia Corp.'s wealth management arm.
