ABSTRACT
The article presents information related to several people associated with law firms. Banking partner Leon Stephenson has been hired by Reed Smith LLP to join its British banking and finance practice. Six lawyers has been promoted by Proskauer Rose LLP to the partnership. Keith Allen has been appointed by McCormicks to its corporate crime and risk practice. Andrew Waugh has been appointed as group legal director for property developer Urban Splash. Earlier Waugh was working with construction and property developer Pochins as group counsel and company secretary.
