ABSTRACT
The article informs that according to a report, the Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets are opening up dramatically. The developments within Russia and the Czech Republic, particularly the increased external interest in the CEE, were the focus of this special report. The depth of the Czech Republic's existing rules was also explored by the report. The country is trying to bring its laws into line with those of its new European Union partners.
