This article reports that the company Lovells is ready to establish a working group to examine how it can improve the delivery of service to its existing clients and ways to win new clients. The group will consist of certain partners who have a flair for winning new clients. The company's managing partner David Harris got the idea to establish the group. The move is the result of the completion of a client survey that asked clients for feedback on what they want from the company. Commenting on the move, one partner said that they will try to improve their client service.
