ABSTRACT
The article presents several innovative ingredients from manufacturers in the food industry and trade in Europe. Novozymes AS and Chr. Hansen A/S has introduced their first product of enzyme solution made for mozzarella and pizza cheese. Sensus LLC presented its functional ingredients Frutafit inulin and Frutalose FOS that provide weight control benefits. Jungbunzlauer Inc. begin its manufacture of magnesium citrates for food and pharmaceutical applications.
