ABSTRACT
The article presents information on recent personnel changes related to engineering in the U.S. Black & Veatch Corp., a global engineering, consulting and construction firm, has announced that 30-year firm veteran Dean Oskvig, the chief operating officer of B&V Enerqy, will become president and CEO of B&V Energy, effective from January 1, 2006. Michael J. Genrich has been named vice president and director of construction, a newly created position, at Sachse Construction. Ellis & Associates, an engineering firm, has appointed Tina Meskel as chief operating officer.
