Tax-Frees Post Outflow, Drop in Average Yield

The article reports that assets in tax-free money market funds decreased by 823 million dollars in the U.S. The tax-free market was greatly affected by the increase in assets in retail funds. Reported average yield of the funds reached only 2.39 percent on annualized basis. The taxable money market on the other hand declined by 24.24 billion dollars.
