Community Wind Farm Refused Planning

The article reports on the decision of a local council in Wales to turn down the permission for Awel Aman Tawe, the renewables/energy efficiency project aimed at the creation of a wind farm in the area. According to the article, majority of people wanted the wind farm but the national anti-wind farm lobby mounted a campaign when it came to planning permission.
