Fried Frank wins Paris status with Lantourne link

The article announces the launch of an association by the company Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson with bankruptcy litigation company Lantourne Duret Simon & Associés . This placed the company head-to-head with the other Law companies of Paris. The U.S. firm's Paris office has entered into a formal agreement with 16-lawyer Lantourne with a view to a merger in around a year's time, which is when the necessary regulatory hurdles will have been crossed. Managing partner of Fried frank, Eric Cafritz said the company wants to have a presence here that resonates in the same way as the company Bredin Prat.
