ABSTRACT
The article reports on the recommendation of Santa Ana, California-based Orange County Employees' Retirement System to initiate a search for an emerging equity markets manager to oversee approximately $100 million in 2006. According to CEO Keith Bozarth, the funds for the search were originally derived from an account that was previously managed by Capital Guardian Trust Co. Consultant Callan Associates will present a shortlist of candidate generated from its manager database should the recommendation be approved.
