ABSTRACT
The article reports on the top rank of Financial Security Assurance Inc. among insurers for 2005 in the U.S. The largest sector contributing the increase for FSA was education where the company insured 28.29 billion. Its strategy has been to grow its business through doing a number of smaller deals so it can establish with the large and frequent issuers.
