ABSTRACT
The article reports that ThinkFilm has nabbed North American rights to the Edward Norton-Evan Rachel Wood romantic crime drama "Down in the Valley." The film from writer-director David Jacobson will have a limited release in the spring. The Element Films production centers on a disaffected highschool senior from the San Fernando Valley, played by Wood who encounters a mysterious cowboy type, played by Norton. The two bond in the face of objections from the girl's sheriff father, played by David Morse, who is concerned over disparities in their ages and backgrounds.
