ABSTRACT
This article reports on the promotion of Renee Hill to vice president of client services at Williams Direct in June 1999. The company expects Hill to grow its financial services category even further. As director of client services, she acted as an advocate inside the agency for clients and helped identify the most efficient direct marketing mix of television, radio, Internet and print.
