The article focuses on the implementation of the customer relationship management (CRM) software from Pivotal Software Inc. by North Shore Credit Union in the U.S. The credit union was able to increase its revenue and profitability during the first full year of implementing the CRM software. It also contributed to the retention rates of existing customers. Employees are more satisfied with its implementation because they have the ability to solve problems and present better information.
