The article reports on the abrupt resignation of Jack Moore from his post as COO of retail store Linens 'n Things Inc. According to the company officials, Linens decided to resign to pursue other interests. In his short tenure, Moore struggled to find trend-right merchandise for the chain and improve its overall operating performance, increase store traffic, emphasizing fashion and better price points.
