This article stresses that over-the-top video raises the ante on getting portability into cable. The glut of new technologies on display at the annual Consumer Electronics Show spawns a new verse in the cable is toast dirge. It tackles the good and bad news about the emergence of over the top video. It also provides a short list of reasons why cable is not toast.
