The article reports on the significance of the National Basketball Association (NBA) All-Star Weekend games in February to the performance of TNT television network in the U.S. to be held in February 2006. The All-Star games gained a 3.5 household rating in 2005. David Levy, president of Turner Entertainment advertising sales and Turner Sports, on the promotion of the sports television program.
