ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the level of desperation about the conditions in the I-95 corridor in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The Business Council of Fairfield County calls for the participation in the region's transportation planning and advocacy bodies. Solutions to congestion in the corridor include the improvements of existing highway, rail, bus and water transportation systems. The Connecticut Transportation strategy Board has offered a long-term vision and plan for the state's transportation needs.
