ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the performance of the football team Pittsburgh Steelers prior to the Super Bowl 40. When the Steelers run outside, they normally will put TE Jerame Tuman on the line and use TE Heath Miller to his outside as a wingback. Parker, who will follow FB Dan Kreider, has the speed and quickness to get to the corner, where WR Hines Ward, an excellent blocker, creates running room. On outside running plays, MLB Lofa Tatupu needs to read his keys quickly, flow laterally with a burst and try to meet Parker in the backfield or at the line. SS Michael Boulware also can help by getting outside in run support and forcing Parker inside to pursuing defenders.
