ABSTRACT
The article describes the participation of the United States Southern Command in the Joint Task Force Para Los Ninōs, which was formed to give assistance to nine communities in El Salvador. Air Force reservists and airmen built schools and clinics and provided health treatments. Soldiers from the Army's 24th Medical Company supported personnel at the base camp and construction sites. National Guard units transported personnel and equipment.
