ABSTRACT
This article reports on the launch of Purity FG by Cetex Petrochemicals Ltd. which are food-grade greases and hydraulic, gear, compressor and heat transfer fluids, as of December 2005. The use of Purity FG is presented. The significance of such products to Indian food processors is highlighted. Information is provided on standards met by the product.
