ABSTRACT
This article explores agreements or ways of being exemplify that enlightened leadership. It stresses that every person is here for a purpose and that enlightened leaders are clear on their life purpose. The life energy of the people is the source of the life force of organizations. Therefore, people are the organization. Also, enlightened leaders are considered systems thinkers. They know the role that systems thinking plays in setting employees up for success.
