ABSTRACT
The article presents information related to this issue of the periodical. In this annual year-end fashion issue, it has been reported that the drycleaning business won't change much in the next 20 years, but those who succeed in it will be those who have forged a professional image. Excellence in processing, packaging and customer care are all part of that equation, much as they are today. Drycleaners should pay attention to packaging so that better garments don't lose their press before pickup.
