ABSTRACT
The article reports on the observation of several hoteliers during a breakout session at the Hyatt Insurance & Financial Roundtable that meeting planners seemed to doing fewer site inspections. The contributing factors to the shrinking use of site visits are discussed. Anne Hamilton-Chehab of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts in Orlando, Florida, commented on a site inspection.
