ABSTRACT
This article reports that an Oklahoma judge has dismissed a suit that creditors of a bankrupt debt-collection firm brought in 2002 against JPMorgan Chase & Co. Commercial Financial Services Inc. of Tulsa filed for bankruptcy protection in 1998. The trustees for its creditors claimed that negligent advice from Chase Securities Inc. was at least partly to blame.
