ABSTRACT
This article presents information about dual 600 mA step-down DC-DC converter with I2C interface. The product, which has been termed as LM3370 is of the highest efficiency and maximizes processor performance through dynamic voltage scaling. I2C interface is for dynamic voltage scaling, mode control and on/off functions. The LM3370 spreads spectrum function to reduce switcher noise, which is ideal for radio frequency systems. It is suitable for low-power FPGAs, CPLDs and application processors. It also maximizes battery life and I2C voltage control increases processor performance.
