This article discusses the use of relocation benefits by firms and relocation coaches in the U.S. Information on the enCompass service from Berkins Co., which are being provided by relocation coaches to employees is given. The advantages of companies using relocation benefits are discussed. Effects of relocating to employees are tackled.
