The article features Boston, Massachusetts-based EditShare's server for collaborative editing. The server can support eight streams of uncompressed SD media, 24 streams of digital video and 35 streams of 15:1. It also has full support of FinalCut Pro, compatibility for Mac-based Avid systems including cross-platform sharing.
