ABSTRACT
The article presents information about the 2005 National Service Officer Continuing Education Program of the Veterans Benefits Department (VBD) of Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA). The program presents information about the Department's benefits and healthcare issues. It is informed that VBD identifies individuals who contributed significantly to the department and PVA members. The article also presents information about the presentation of the Victor S. McCoy Award for Excellence, which will be presented at the seminar's closing session.
