ABSTRACT
The article relates the experience of the author who was a Russian agent, disclosing the circumstances that surrounds the fall of his boss, Lavrenti Beria. According to him, he witnessed the enormous difficulties of his chiefs encountered in finding a handful of dependable Russians who could pass in the free world. His revelations include, the arrest of Beria in his office at the MVD building by one of his most trusted lieutenants, following the death of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin in 1953.
