Ohio STRS Initiates Consultant Search

The article reports on the issuance of a request for proposal for investment consultants by the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS) in January 2006. The selected consultants will be responsible for managing the asset allocation and real estate and alternative investment portfolios of STRS. The tenure of their contract will be from April 3, 2006 to June 30, 2009. STRS claims that they are not satisfied with the performance of their current consultant Russell Investment Group.
