This article presents information about Internet banking. Commercial banks are developing a highly competitive stock of services and spent millions on the design of its Web site in order to attract customers. But as customers signed up to their Web site, they are buried at the level of a utility where they perform tasks without ever viewing the many offerings attractively displayed on the home page. In order to convert visitors into consistent users, web sites need to provide a view of the totality of the customer's relationship with the bank. The bank should design its home page user-centered to generate an effective, efficient and learnable interaction model.
