ABSTRACT
The article reports on the decline in the comp-store sales of Trans World Entertainment Corp. in the November and December 2005 timeframe. Compared to the comparable nine-week period in 2004, the weak holiday sales performance has impacted the music, video and video games categories. Changes in the company's strategy to improve sales are presented.
