The article discusses the author's experiences in searching for a job that will suit his personality and specialty. As actor and comedian, the author, together with his vaudeville partner George Byrne, has gone through different theatrical hotels in the U.S. including the B. S. Moss' Franklin in New York, and at the New Castle, Pennsylvania. He was chosen master of ceremony at Stratford, and later performed at the Proctor's Eighty-Sixth Street in New York.
