ABSTRACT
The article focuses on several telecommunication services that players and sports fans will like to possess in 2006. One of the services is Sling Media's Slingbox. One can connect it to cable or satellite receiver, install the software on any computer and watch live TV or shows stored on TiVo wherever they are. Users will need a broadband Internet connection on both ends. Another service is Visual Edge which provides a training regimen for the eyes using computer software to improve visual skills for competition.
