ABSTRACT
The article reports on the expansion plan of Trident/Abhishek Industries Ltd. to include bedding and rugs to its textile products in India. The company will build a new plant that is capable of producing ,ore than one million meters of fabric per day. Trident/Abhishek plan to produce cotton and blended sheets in solid and printed finishes. It has recently completed a terry toweling expansion that increases the towel plant from 7.3 million pieces per month to 10 million.
