This article presents information on products in the truck industry as of November 2005. A complete line of Volvo diesel engines will be offered by Volvo Trucks North America Inc. The engines were designed to meet the new emissions standards that will take effect in 2007. A line of primary wires was offered by Phillips Industries, designed to resist compounds that assault vehicle wiring. Wise Industries provides its BedRug bedliner for the 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500. According to Thermo King, the V-500 Series of vehicle powered refrigeration units for trucks is in production. The product features an improved capacity.
