This article focuses on a talk given by Ron Slee at the 16th annual National Trailer Dealers Association Convention, which focused on providing customer-service employees the tools they need to help them with customer retention, held on October 8, 2005. Ron Slee discussed the importance of the retention of customers in a distribution business including the truck industry. Slee is the president of management consulting firm RJ Slee & Associates.
