NTDA galvanizes for future growth

This article reports on the 16th annual National Trailer Dealers Association Convention on October 6-8, 2005. Motivational presentations were featured in the event with keynote speakers Ron Slee and Anthony Galie. Educational sessions was led by management consultant and dealer relations expert Frank Guerin and a session on marketing to improve customer communications was led by Steve Robbins, owner and principal of SRCS.
